NON-FORMAL MUSIC EDUCATION ORGANIZATION IN OUT-OF-SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS

The article reveals the importance of non-formal music education in out-of-school institutions. It is noted that a certain artistic movement and socially organized community people who are united by common interests, goals, joint musical activities.
 use different forms organization art extracurricular institutions conditioned type art, namely educational activity carried out choral groups (folk, chamber), vocal ensembles instrumental), individual performance, instrumental duets, trios, or orchestras (folk instruments, bandura players, etc.) various temporary creative groups.
 advantages using informal an institution its mobility, flexibility, alternative learning, formation additional skills.
